This week in music, we went on to learning a 5 note Jazz melody to play alongside a background Jazz track. After a bit of practice, they all nailed it on their first attempt
This term we have had a slight change to the music sessions that we are doing. Year 3,4,5 and 6 are now spilt for music in the afternoon and we have both begun a singing session that also combines glockenspiel playing. The Year 3 and 4s have been learning to sing Mamma Mia and accompany it with an instrument and the 5,6s have been learning to sing Happy with their instrument accompaniment.
